A realistic and supportive 8-week summer strength program for women who want to feel stronger, more energized and consistent through July and August.

You Will Need

  • Dumbbells and/or bands

  • A mat

  • Chair/couch

Modifications will be given as needed.

  3. Join the live Zoom Sessions!

This mission helps you stay connected to movement all summer long.

FAQs

  • You get 2 strength structured sessions each week, plus access to the full Grow StrongHer platform where you will find a video library with a variety of workouts to add to your week if you’d like to.

  • Strength workouts are 30 minutes long, twice a week

  • A mat and a some dumbbells (or other weights) and/or resistance bands.

  • Yes, the sessions will be recorded so all participants can have access to the replay, in case they cannot join live. Only Grow StrongHer members and participants of this mission will have access to viewing these recordings.

  • Yes, you will receive a link (by email) to each session’s replay once the session is over.

  • Nope! This mission is perfect if you’re getting back into movement. Or Just starting from scratch!


    We start gently and build up slowly.
    You go at your pace, always.

  • No stress!
    You can always move at your own pace.
    You can replay the previous week’s sessions, do a workout from the platform or simply use it a rest and then join again the following week.

  • Yes!

    Everything is guided and modifiable.

  • Absolutely.
    Most workouts need very little space and minimal equipment.
    You can follow from anywhere.

  • 100%.
    You’ll have the Grow StrongHer community chat for accountability, and me cheering for you every step.

  • If you are not a permanent Grow StrongHer member and are joining us for this particular mission, your access will be there for the duration of the mission. This includes the original 8 weeks plus 2 weeks of buffer.
