Meet your hosts & teachers

Vanesa, creator of The Women’s Wellness Workshop.
She's a Women's Personal Trainer, and has always been passionate about sports, health and fitness.
She helps women in all stages of life to find and make time for themselves and their self-care through movement, and to make movement part of who they are.
Vane will help you ease those aches and pains and gain quality of life long term, more energy and strength, through fitness, movement and an increased self-awareness.
During this workshop, Vane will bring us a class to get moving, use our strength and feel energized and amazing as we are!

Indre is a Vinyasa teacher with 500 hours of training and four years of teaching experience in Madrid under her belt.
She’s passionate about sharing practices that bring calm to our busy city lives, moving in ways that help restore the connection between mind and body.
In today’s workshop, Indre will guide you through a seasonal Ayurvedic yoga class that combines breath and dynamic movement to help you feel nourished and grounded.
Dr. Malin Garemo is a Registered Dietitian and Doctor of Nutrition with 30 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, researcher, university professor, and expat mom.
Passionate about empowering women, she helps her clients take charge of their nutrition and lifestyle, ensuring a great return on their investment as they journey toward a healthier, more vibrant life.
In today's workshop, Dr. Malin will share expert insights on optimizing nutrition before and after training, helping you fuel for success and build strength.
