  • Nope! This mission is perfect if you’re getting back into movement. Or Just starting from scratch!


    We start gently and build up slowly.
    You go at your pace, always.

  • A mat and a some dumbbells (or other weights) and/or resistance bands.

  • Strength workouts are 40-50 minutes long.

  • No stress!
    You can always move at your own pace.
    We keep your access for a buffer 2 weeks, so you won’t “fall behind.”

  • Yes!

    Everything is guided and modifiable.

  • Absolutely.
    Most workouts need very little space and minimal equipment.
    You can follow from anywhere.

  • You get 2 strength structured sessions each week, plus an optional weekend stretch/flow and cardio workouts.

  • 100%.
    You’ll have the Grow StrongHer community chat for accountability, and me cheering for you every step.

  • If you are not a permanent Grow StrongHer member and are joining us for this particular mission, your access will be there for the duration of the mission. This includes the original 12 weeks plus 2 weeks of buffer.
