How the Mission Works

Reignite 2026 is divided into three powerful phases:

Reconnect with your body, restore energy, and ease back into routine.
Gentle strength. Mobility. Flow. Little wins every day.

💪 Phase 2: REBUILD (Weeks 4–7)

Find your strength again.
We add steady, progressive strength, low-impact cardio, and fun conditioning.

🔥 Phase 3: REIGNITE (Weeks 8–10)

Celebrate how strong you’ve become.
Higher energy , confidence-building workouts, and reflection rituals.

  • Nope! This mission is perfect if you’re getting back into movement after the holidays. Or Just starting from scratch!


    We start gently and build up slowly.
    You go at your pace, always.

  • A mat and a some dumbbells (or other weights) and/or resistance bands.

  • Most sessions are 15 to 30 minutes.
    You can fit them into even the busiest week.

  • No stress!
    You can always move at your own pace.
    We keep your access for a buffer 2 weeks, so you won’t “fall behind.”

  • Yes!

    Everything is guided and modifiable.

  • Absolutely.
    Most workouts need very little space and minimal equipment.
    You can follow from anywhere.

  • You get 2–4 structured sessions each week, plus an optional weekend stretch/flow.


    You can also swap in anything from the full Workout Library.

    You’ll have the Grow StrongHer community chat for accountability, and me cheering for you every step.
